As an intern at Primitive Labs, you will build at the frontier alongside the founding team, across both research and engineering. Your work could span agent architectures, evaluation systems, infrastructure, or applied research, wherever you are most driven to contribute. The goal is real ownership from day one: you ship, you learn fast, and your work makes it into what we are building. At Primitive Labs everyone is a builder: the whole team pushes code and contributes to research.
We hire for potential, and we base compensation on what we believe you can achieve rather than years of experience or a list of skills.
